The paper describes the possibility of the application of MR spectroscopy with X-nuclei and is focused to 31P and 19F in vivo MR experiments. Basic procedures of the rest and dynamic 31P MRS are shown on examples of examinations performed in IKEM. 31P and 19F in vivo and in vitro experiments with organs and small animals are demonstrated at 1.5 T, 3 T and 4.7 T magnetic fields. The development of these methods in IKEM is supported by published papers.
