Distal femoral cortical irregularityCase report

Authors present two cases of young patients with distal femoral cortical irregularity (DFCI). They show its characteristics in different imaging methods. Authors suggest the necessity of including this entity into the differential diagnosis mainly of osteosarcoma of the distal femur.
