Authors describe a case of bilateral osteochondrosis dissecans of lateral femoral condyles in a female with nail-patella syndrome, a rare autosomal-dominant disorder of ectodermal and mesodermal development. Syndrome is characterized by nail dysplasia, involvement of the bones and joints, nephropathy, and presence of glaucoma. The case report documents feasibility and diagnostic value of magnetic resonance imaging of the knee joints in this disorder.
