High gallstone ileus (Bouveret's syndrome)Case report

The authors present a case of gallstone ileus in a 76 year old woman. Radiological features and benefits of various imaging modalities are discussed. The major aim of the article is to compare accuracy of various imaging methods (abdominal plain x-ray, ultrasound and CT).
