The authors report uncommon presentation of diffuse neonatal hemangiomatosis and input of imaging methods in diagnostics. Extensive vascular malformation of both hemithoraces were diagnosed prenatally. Delivery was induced in 38-th gestational age. The newborn had extensive pectoral vascular malformations. Due to the atypical course of the disease the authors reached the conclusion, that to make the diagnosis both the results of imaging methods and histological evaluation is necessary.
