The authors present a case of 56 year old woman who was transferred to our hospital for recurrent gastrointestinal bleeding with obscure source. Previous endoscopy and abdominal ultrasonography had not revealed source of bleeding. In our hospital repeated enteroscopy, coloscopy and capsule endoscopy was performed without revealed source of bleeding. Multi-detector computer tomography (MDCT) examination revealed the location of bleeding in cecum, which was treated during coloscopy by argon plasmacoagulation. There has not been recurrence of bleeding during 33-month follow up.
