Internal snapping hip (snapping iliopsoas muscle) - diagnostic and therapeutic approach in one caseCase report

The case reports the eleven-years-old girl suffering from internal snapping hip syndrome from the diagnostic and therapeutic point of view. The contribution of the magnetic resonance performed in the neutral and flection position is evaluated.
