Our case report refers about 58-years old woman, who was acutely admitted to hospital because of repeated subileus. The examinations including enteroclysis detected a tumour of ileum, at distance approximately 90 cm from Bauhin's valve. There weren't any distant metastases at the time of diagnosis. The pacient underwent a surgical resection of tumour, with histological finding of epitheloid malignant melanoma. The primary origin of melanoma wasn't found.
