Angiosarcoma of the heart is a rare malignant tumor that most often affects the right atrium. In the presented case, the diagnostic and therapeutic methods used to treat a 74-year-old patient with angiosarcoma in its typical location are described. The treatment of angiosarcomas is surgical. The prognosis of sarcomas is poor even in the case of its complete resection.
