Low-flow (ischemic) priapism is one of the urgent conditions in urology. If not promptly and adequately treated, it leads to a permanent erectile dysfunction caused by irreversible fibrosis of corpora cavenosa. In the presented case, we have described diagnostic and therapeutic procedures for a patient with ischemic priapism, most likely caused by use of psychotropic drugs.
