New edition of TNM classification of breast carcinoma has introduced the assessment of the biological behavior additionally to the morphological assessments. I tis not possible to thing about the breast carcinoma like about homogenous diagnosis, but the group of heterogenous tumors. Clinical staging using magnetic resonance imaging or hybrid imagigng is advantageous when the tumors are exhibiting higher aggressivity as triple negative or HER2/neu positive.
