Primary CNS lymphoma (PCNSL) is a form of large B-cell lymphoma, accounting for approximately 4% of primary CNS malignancies, making it one of the less common entities. Despite its prevalence in older age groups of the population, this entity can be encountered in younger patients, especially immunocompromised ones. Due to the diversity and nonspecificity of clinical manifestations, the diagnosis of CNS lymphomas is often difficult, prolonged and requires interdisciplinary cooperation. In our case report, we would like to present a case of a young immunocompetent patient with recurrent neurological complaints that were first thought to be infectious serous meningitis, then rare vasculitis - a neurological form of Behçet's disease, histology finally confirmed the presence of PCNSL.
