Manuela Vaněčková, Pavel Ryška, Eva Kubala Havrdová

Ces radiol. 2025, 79(1):45-51 | DOI: 10.55095/CesRadiol2025/006

The article explains Radiologically Isolated Syndrome and presents the latest revision of the diagnostic criteria. It is a randomly detected magnetic resonance imaging pattern typical of multiple sclerosis in a patient who has no clinical symptoms for the disease. In its diagnosis, risk factors for conversion to clinically definite multiple sclerosis and impending more severe courses of the disease are determined.
