The aim of this work is introduction of paradoxical embolism with theoretical base of ethiology, clinical symptoms and diagnostics. On three case reports are presented slightly different processes with one wastly different consquenses that were undoubtly affected by the overall condition of ill person. Case reports also demonstrate summary of imaging methods that are appropriate or even neccesary for final diagnosis.
