Klebsiella pneumoniae caused invasive liver abscess syndrome in a Vietnamese maleCase report

We present a case of a pyogenic liver abscess caused by hypervirulent strain of K. pneumonia complicated by metastatic spread of the infection.
We also provide a summary of basic characteristics of this "Invasive liver abscess syndrome" including its diagnosis and treatment.
