Extrakční techniky jsou středem pozornosti úměrně k rozšiřujícímu se spektru katetrizačních a endovaskulárních výkonů. Výběr instrumentária záleží mimo jiné na tom, zda je k extrakci určeno cizí těleso - nejčastěji typu katetru - s volným koncem nebo bez tohoto volného konce. V tomto sdělení přinášíme vlastní zkušenosti s kombinovaným extraktorem vlastní výroby, který umožňuje jak centrální úchop, tak i bočný úchop. Katetrizační technika je demonstrována na dvou případech.

Extraction techniques are gaining increasing attention in proportion to the increasing range of endovascular procedures. The choice of the instrumentarium depends, among other things, on whether the object to be extracted is a foreign body (most ofen a catheter) with or without a free end. This communication ofers our experience with a combined extractor of our own manufacture allowing both central and lateral grasping techniques. The technique of catheterization is illustrated in two cases.
