Vrozené vysokoprůtokové arteriovenózní malformace ledvinné tepny jsou vzácná onemocnění a bývají spojeny s arteriální hypertenzí, bolestmi břicha, s hematurií, ojediněle i s kongestivním selháním srdce. Malformace mohou být sdruženy s aneuryzmaty této postižené ledvinné tepny. Prezentujeme případ léčebné endovaskulární embolizace vrozené vysokoprůtokové arteriovenózní malformace pravé ledviny u 49leté pacientky. Tato malformace byla zásobena spodní ze dvou ledvinných tepen. Zároveň v odstupu této tepny z aorty bylo aneuryzma, ze kterého odstupovala přívodná tepna k AVM. Malformace byla lokalizována v dolní třetině pravé ledviny. Embolizace přívodné tepny a aneuryzmatu kovovými embolizačními spirálami vedla ke kompletnímu uzávěru této malformace a k úplnému vymizení klinických obtíží pacientky. V našem případě jsme zároveň u pacientky prokázali Ehrles-Danlosův syndrom I V. vaskulárního typu.

Congenital high-fow arteriovenous malformations of renal artery are rare diseases; they are associated with arterial hypertension, stomachache, haematuria, and sporadically also with congestive heart failure. Idiopathic malformations are usually associated with aneurysms of the afected renal artery. A case of therapeutic endovascular embolization of innate high-fow arteriovenous malformation of right kidney of a 49-year-old female patient is presented. AV malformation was supplied by the lower from the two renal arteries, which did not take part in the kidney?s function. Also in the origin of this artery from aorta there was an aneurysm, from which the supplying artery to the arteriovenous malformation was originating. The malformation was localized in the lower third of the right kidney. Embolization of the supplying artery and the aneurysm with metal coils lead to complete closure of this malformation and to complete disappearance of the patient?s clinical difculties. In our case we have also proved Ehlers-Danlos syndrome IV vascular type in the patient.
