Cílem práce je prezentovat kazuistiku pacienta s metastázou renálního karcinomu ve frontálním sinu imitující sinusitidu.

Karcinom ledviny představuje asi 2-3 % všech solidních tumorů postihujících dospělou populaci (1), metastazuje většinou do plic, skeletu a lymfatických uzlin. Prezentuji kazuistiku pacientky, u které byla po téměř 10 letech objevena vzdálená metastáza na poměrně raritním místě.

The aim of this work is to present a case report of a patient with metastasis of renal cell carcinoma in the frontal sinus imitating sinusitis.

Kidney cancer accounts for about 2-3% of all solid tumors affecting the adult population (1), mostly metastasizing to the lungs, skeleton and lymph nodes. I present a case report of a patient in whom, after almost ten years, a distant metastasis was discovered in a relatively rare place.
