Cílem práce je shrnout typické nálezy na zobrazovacích metodách při H ELLP syndromu, cožje vzácná komplikace těhotenství.

HELLP (hemolysis, elevated liver enzymes and low platelet count) syndrom je vzácná komplikace těhotenství. Diagnóza HELLP syndromu je postavena na laboratorním nálezu. Zobrazovací metody hrají roli jen doplňkovou, v případě podezření na závažnější postižení jater ä při náhlém zhoršení stavu matky. Cílem našeho článku je seznámit radiologickou veřejnost s možnými nálezy u této relativně raritní diagnózy.

The aim of this work is to summarize the typical findings of imaging methods in HELLP syndrome, which is a rare complication of pregnancy.

HELLP (hemolysis, elevated liver enzymes and low platelet count) syndrome is a rare complication of pregnancy. The diagnosis of H ELLP syndrome is based ona laboratory test. Imaging methods play a complementary role, in case of suspicion of more severe liver disease or in the event of a sudden deterioration of the mother´s condition. The aim of our article is to familiar the radiological public with the possible findings of this relatively rare condition.
